• Information you give us. When you submit a form, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message you enter. If you send us an energy or electric bill to check program eligibility, we receive the account information shown on it.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page, to keep the site secure and working. To limit spam, the enquiry form temporarily records a one-way hash of the submitting IP address.
• Cookies and analytics. We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you asked about.
• To verify eligibility for utility and state incentive programs and file applications on your behalf.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

To deliver a project we may share the information it requires with project owners, general contractors, equipment manufacturers, utilities, state program administrators and our installation and service partners. We use service providers for hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet contractual, tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@sesg.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
